If I had a USA flag behind me I'd toss a towel over it for a Canadian broadcast lol. BUT I tuned in for the BNS /Blue Jays segment and it was great. JD speaks for the people
Every podcast is now BNS talking JD off the ledge lol
Brother if they donât sign a Bo or a Tucker this off season is not a success lol. âWe signed this guy and that guy andâŠâ all smoke and mirrors without one of those two names. You got better but youâre not in the WS and so whatâs the point, and even if you somehow are youâre not knocking off whoever you meet there. Gonna be a major letdown to every Blue jay fan is they donât get one of those two inked.
Classic Sportsnet. Nothing ever changes except the season. It always starts with how active the Jays are going to be. Then comes how theyâre smarter than everyone else for signing deadbeats and maybes. Finally, it wraps up with justifying why they already have enough and donât need to add anything else.
Appreciate the timestamps , soon as I see the football guy it's skip city
All of these signings are Tier B as far as I'm concerned.
JD again going a way too hard on the "BNS on fire with the scoops".. To obvious your trying to help the guys cred. He doesnt need it! He is good on his own!
I think the Jays need to sign ideally Bichette or if not Bichette, Tucker, and then I think that our position player needs would be met and the only other need we have would be bullpen but we have enough young relievers that can improve, so I think that need can be handled internally at least for now or by a trade either now or during the season. I am not sure we need to trade anyone rn though even if we get Bichette or Tucker because of injuries that will almost certainly happen at some point.
The Canadian juniors goaltending was terribleđ
Iâm sorry, but I think Bieber took the option because he still hurt. If he doesnât take the option and he goes to free agency then they want medicals and heâs probably gonna fail. So letâs not just say quite yet that Bieber did us a favour.
I think that all the question marks you mentioned have greater success in different spots vs lefty/righties. This provides rest throughout the season, and sets them up to succeed. Depth is great.
