“The sky falls on every NBA team at least two times a year… You may play horrible for weeks, it may be a month. You don’t want to have several months… The teams that have a sophisticated competitiveness to them understand that while you’re going through that, that’s the solution. The regression is, okay you have to keep pounding through this and working through it. I think if you have the right principles, right mentality, and right temperament you can work through that and become a better player and a better team.”

We've been playing bad for a month so hopefully that won't be the case anymore

  1. A good reminder that Presti probs wont trade anyone. But i do think one thing is different in this current situation is we arent playing with the right principles right now to deal with this stuff

  2. Feels like we have been bad for maybe two full weeks I wouldn’t say a month at this point. We have time I think

  3. this is all fine and dandy, but the mentality after winning a chip vs being hungry for one makes a difference

  4. We have to remember this is still a young team. They look more mentally than physically drained and I imagine the pressure of being the champs combined with the chatter of breaking the wins record after the 24-1 start just caught up with them. Plus every opponent is out to get a statement win. I have confidence our guys can play through it.

  5. It’s important not to panic but it’s also important to recognize the difference between a slump and a weakness. Our shooting is starting to look like a real weakness, one that needs to be addressed.

  6. “NAWWW THIS IS TOXIC POSITIVITY REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE”

Fucking Christ, the comments missing the plot cause they need to emotionally react without thinking. It’s a hollow endorphin rush. Motherfucking hilariously embarrassing
