1. I just don’t see how this team goes into next season with any sort of confidence or optimism with Bowles at the helm. The NFC South isn’t getting any easier, even if it’s still an ass division.

4. This press conference is yet another reason why if they don’t fire this bozo, I won’t give two craps about next season. The absolute arrogance this guy speaks with, as if winning this awful division three years in a row (with a borderline .500 record outside of last season thanks to Coen’s offense) is some monumental achievement, is truly baffling after how this season unfolded. This man has no common sense, and the only thing he’s “earned” is a spot on the unemployment line.

5. Todd Bowles as a head coach is .466
   Less than average. Jets and Bucs. Not sure what could possibly be different with Bowles. More .500 seasons with Bowles. Time to move on.

    Winfield needs help and he can’t be carrying the secondary by himself.

He may get that second chance and come back and from there we can plan for the draft but please put more pressure on this coaching decision from ownership. 20. It wasn’t a collapse. The team was just over performing early in the year. He was given no pass rushers, and only one decent player on the D line. Awful roster.

21. In the press conference, he clearly knows the roster needed improves. But he’s giving these answers, because he can’t throw his boss Litcht under the bus, who really did fail with this roster.

23. Hope Bowles leaves and goes to a place with some real defensive athletes and wins a super bowl… This team doesn't have the defensive talent. Hell maybe obly Winfield Jr and Vita start on any other team… Bowles is not Jesus… Tampa is one of the worst fan bases I've seen in my 55yrs of life… Always whining and complaining… You John Madden video game playing HC/GMs are exhausting… This team needs to get younger and faster…. The scheme is one of the leagues very best, just need the players… Starting with real edge rushers, LBs that can cover in space and CB and can/will tackle…

24. The glazers just fired another Manchester United coach, they have paid close to 40 m on severance packages, I’m sure they don’t want to pay Bowles package yet

25. The evaluation process is an ongoing one, and part of Todd's responsibilities as head coach. His gobbledeegook that he stated at the mic made no sense. His review of himself and staff needed to take place on a week to week basis. What in the world has this man been doing? Everyone else has deadlines and duties but Mr. Bowles…unbelievable. Its a slap in the face to fans and this organization. Meanwhile Atlanta has started scheduling interviews for candidates.

26. He never has any answers. This includes during the season when things start going wrong or even after the season is over. If he gives the Glazers the same type of answers he did today when they meet later this week, then he will be applying for Social Security very soon.

27. Our offense plays well and scires a lot of points. Our defense is trash and gives up too many easy yards and points. Unacceptable. We need a coach and coaching staff that isn't trying to be buddies with the team.

30. Thought it was very odd he wasn’t wearing a Bucs shirt or hat? Have lost all faith in him and his wore out defense. Needs to retire or be fired

31. Been saying for years that Bowles doesn't draft players that fit his scheme. He runs a 3-4 which requires big space eaters on the line and big backers in the middle of the field to help with run defense. He drafts players like Logan Hall who is nothing more than a 4-3 DE and Kancey who is a 4-3 3 tech. He drafts small safeties that are overmatched against TEs. This us the first yr that he actually had a corner playing nickel usually he has a safety playing that spot. He has Vita running stunts and edge rushers dropping in coverage. He doesn't understand leverage and backside containment. His staff doesn't understand how to disrupt timing at the LOS. His defense is always out of position pre snap. Last yr Liam attacked the edges with Bucky and him in space early and had routes attacking different areas of the field. Grizzard ran up the middle and designed routes going to the same area of the field. We should hire Raheem Morris to call the defense since his head coaching days are over and hire an OC that knows how design a scheme that fits the players. The great teams know that football starts in the trenches, we're soft there we need some ass holes on the coaching staff and field

35. He won 3 straight division champs by default. We didn't win the division, we backed into them. We should have won 12 games at least this year.

36. Hopefully Bowles is out. Hes a 50/50 coach. We're not going to a Superbowl with Bowles. Thats a guarantee. I also believe we need to scour the college ranks for both HC, DC, and OC.

37. The Bucs are gas lighting us at this point. Bowles had a historic collapse, filled with terrible coaching moves. If he sticks around, the fan base is going to be hostile all next season. Not great

38. If I was Coach Bowles this is how I would try and save my job. First admit you shouldn’t be a defensive coordinator and a head coach so I will be searching for one asap. New special teams coaching. Better conditioning to help with injuries.

39. With all that being said, those two fumbles against the falcons in the the 2nd game…. Yikes, that’s not even football anymore, you think some of these refs would be whistle blowers if it’s that rigged.

41. He's not going anywhere! The Bucs had an entire O-Line Injured from week one to the last game of the season. The two starting WR Mike Evans and Chris Godwin were hurt for 13 games this season. Their second best DL Cancy was injured in camp for the entire season. The Bucs have ZERO LB's, No All Pro Defensive players besides Winfield and Bucky Irving was Injured for 9 Games this season. Baker was AWFUL all year long and injured. They still won 8 games. This is the first season the Bucs did not make the playoffs or win the division with Bowles. This is the GM's Fault, THE GM has Done NOTHING to fix this team at all. Nothing to do with Todd. at all. The OC Coordinator is Trash!

They cold walked Dungy in the middle of the night after two play off appearances and losses, Bowles has had a lot more chances than Dungy; IMHO if they don't shitcan Bowles this week the Glazers might as well be spitting in Dungy's face. Also keep in mind that Super Bowl wasn't Bowles, that was Arians…. Food for thought.
