Message to Miami Dolphins fans: prepare yourselves for Mike McDaniel to be back as head coach

Based on how Mike McDaniel is handling his end of season press conference, he will be back next year.

  1. Yeah but the only time we've ever seen Mike McDaniel as a coach he's had to use tua as a quarterback. So how can you sit here and say that he's not going to be great. We could have tied his arms behind his back from the get-go and never known it

  2. Seriously? You worried about "resetting the clock" with a new coach? McDaniel is the bottom 32nd in 3rd quarters (lack of half time adjustments). He's literally and mathematically the worst coach in the NFL! McDaniel does not prepare his teams and thus they scored only 7 points in the 3rd quarter going back to week 5! Screw any one who doesn't want a new coach, you hate Miami.

  3. Come on man!! The Dolphins scored zero points in the third quarter in their last ten games, that is coaching. I can see the fact that next year is a lost cause, so might as well keep McDaniels around for another year, but that is a defeatists attitude. McDaniels is not a good head coach.

  4. Fire everyone !!!!! Bring Alonzo Highsmith as a GM and let’s take it from there , he done a great job everywhere he goes , with mcdanield is gonna be another wasted season, is only worth it if he agrees to make sure that we get that # 1 pick on 2027 and then we fire him next off season and start the rebuild

  5. I no longer cheer for their franchise. I just study the elite levels of dysfunction. It’s fascinating how a company can be incompetent, yet profitable for so long

  6. Another year hearing this dumb ass "uuuhhhh" "uuuuummmmm" his eway through another mediocre season. Sell the god damn team ross. What did the people in miami ever do to you.

  7. How can you even begin to support a man who can’t formulate a coherent sentence. Every time he opens his mouth it’s a word salad. I can’t imagine a single player respecting this loser.

  8. Mike McD is sitting in on the GM interviews. Stevie Loss is an effing clown.

The fan base needs to boycott this team and the entire Miami Gardens complex that Stevie Loss built. No concerts, no F1, no tennis. And no Dolphins football. Boycott the whale logo, its Stevie Loss' logo, let HIM wear it.

  9. MCDUMMY AND PEEWERS 2026 FOR YOU WHINNY ASS BABIES TO CRY ABOUT 🤣🤣. 7 & 11 8 & 10 AND YOU FANATICS WILL STILL BE CRYING ABOUT TUA 😂😂😂

  10. This once great franchise has become one of the biggest jokes in professional sports. I’m embarrassed to call myself a fan. I will not waste another dime on this team until things drastically change and improve. I’m tired of being a sucker.

  11. The only argument (which has only a tiny bit of logic IMO) for keeping McDaniel is that the cap problems from Tua's contract, no matter how the team approaches it, will make the Miami job unattractive for the next year. So it'll be better to do a HC search in 2027.

  12. Dude I checked out on caring gm 2 2024. I nailed it at the beginning of the season when 7 -10 , I nailed it when I said Tua wouldn’t be under center at the end. I refuse to let this trash can of an organization ruin me enjoying football.. Clear house. Hell get rid of the mascot too

  13. Couple things. If you really don't think a new GM is going to improve the roster, why would you fire the GM in the first place? So, if he will improve the roster, how do you know the new GM isn't the only solution necessary? As far as the problem being Tua, the worst part of the team this year was clearly the defense. There were 3 or 4 games that the offense scored enough to win, but the defense gave up 30 plus points and they lost. So, it's the defense that needs fixing first. You can't give up 30 plus points in 10 games and expect to be a playoff team. With the newly found run game and a better defense, this team even with Tua as QB could still win 10 or more games every year and regularly make the playoffs. If the new GM improves the roster, they can, in short order, become a real contender. The regression by the team was likely more due to Grier and his mistakes with trading away all of the picks and handing out the huge contracts. The talent over the last couple of years went backwards. But, at least it did get younger and moving forward, they have players to build around. Rebuilding from scratch seems a bit radical at this point and will 100% make the franchise move backwards before it gets better. Keeping McDaniel and having a solid draft with the draft resources we have should make the team better entering 2026. And then in 2027, there will be a lot of capital available to go find what you need to become a SB contender.
