Kemp, Shohei Ohtani (2024, his 50/50 season) and Barry Bonds (1996) are the only Major Leaguers to bat .300 or better, hit at least 30 home runs, steal 40 bases and drive in at least 125 runs in a season.
Bonus photo at the end simply to respect Tulowitzki’s face while standing next to Braun. Tulo lost the 2007 NL ROY with a 6.8 WAR at SS, compared to Braun’s 2.0 WAR, the biggest gap in ROY history.

Why the hell did we let Beltre go
Always seems like the Dodgers are battling cheaters.
Fuck Braun
Fuck Bonds
2011 Kemp 8.0 WAR 39 HR 126 RBI 40 SB .986 OPS
2011 Braun 7.7 WAR 33 HR 111 RBI 33 SB .994 OPS
2004 Beltre 9.6 WAR 48 HR 121 RBI 1.017 OPS
2004 Bonds 10.6 WARLOL 45 HR 101 RBI 1.422 OPSLOL
I hear you. I 100% they were robbed.
But one thing we can feel good about – these guys are in their Manson’s with their hot wives eating sushi and enjoying themselves while watching Ohtani make history.
Best part of analytics becoming mainstream is no more boomer award picks. Kemp was obviously better than Braun. RA Dickey getting 29/30 first place votes for that Cy Young when Kershaw had a better season was diabolical
Fuck Ryan Braun as is tradition
What could have been with Adrian. He averaged like 25 homers and 250-260 in Seattle which translates to like 30+ homers and 280 in Dodger stadium. Once we let him walk, i knew we were gonna be in some nickle and dime era. Sure they “spent” but it just didn’t seem right. We would never ever even be in consideration for a star. Instead of spending money on a superstar they’d Always split that money for 2-3 former all star veterans that was 2-3 year past their prime, though still decent to good…then injured LOL. Fucking ruin perfect team chemistry by trading LoDuca and run away Guierrmo
mota for Hee Sop Choi lol. Ok now I’m just venting some trauma but goddamn insane how far we’ve come to now just plucking every star and being the Mr. Steal your Superstar HAHAHA. So amazing. Ok I’m happy again
