4. Sounds like Mitch is giving Tom Brady a pass. He's the 1 who brought Chip Kelly here not Pete, so to me he contributed to our season being a disaster. And he co signed Geno coming here. You really never talked about that and you probably won't. Brady needs to stick with being an announcer instead of a 10% GM. Great players don't add up to great GMs.

10. I would add something to the situation we are in. Coaches want to build a legacy in the NFL and if there's a better place to start than with a team with Mendoza, draft picks, salary cap, and some good young and veteran players already on the team, tell where it would be.

31. Yes it was wrong hiring Carroll but that has to fall on Spytek and Brady and Davis. You couldn't hire Vrabel, or even Kingsbury and Ben Johnson. Brady, Spytek and Davis have to get it right. If they go defense coach then they have to hire the right OC and get the O-Line right

40. The problem wasn't that Spytek wanted to rebuild and Carroll wanted to win now, it was that Carroll is clearly totally incapable of judging player talent – the moves he made to "win now" made us worse!
    You can play veterans over rookies like Bech, Porter, Rogers, Grant, Hemingway and Pegues… IF THOSE VETERANS ARE BETTER! If they are worse… like Meredith, Cappa and Putnam CLEARLY were… then you are not trying to "win now", you are just not playing your GM's draft picks out of spite.
    It's pretty clear to everyone watching the team that, even if you don't think he's a "starting QB", Aidan O'Connell is simply better than Geno Smith and Kenny Pickett, and it's not even close… and he played for 3/4 of a game in a season that we were desperate for competent QB play!!
    If you're an NFL head coach, and you start bad players, play favorites, and leave better players on the bench (for months!), then you cannot keep your job!!

The moment he started to bring in his former players from the Seahawks, I knew this team was done(that move almost never works, because they are going to be older players whose careers have passed). We need a young NFL/college coach who has a vision for the future, not a dinosaur who is trying to cling to past glory.
