Not saying Kevin Stafanski wouldn't be a good hire, but what is really the difference between Matt Nagy time as a HC and Kevin Stafanski and we're getting more happy about Stafanski over Nagy?
Honestly I'm at a point, where I don't care who is our Head Coach. Names don't matter unless you're Ben Johnson or Mike Vrabel, but honestly even Matt Nagy has a shot at turning the Tennessee Titans around. It might not seem like it to some people and that's ok, but the reality is we don't know these guys and if Borgonzi and this whole organization believes in their guy and that he can coach? Then that's all that matters and the results are afterwards.

Steve Spagnulo’s previous head coaching experience was the Saint Louis Rams and honestly that organization was so dysfunctional with Marc Bulger and Sam Bradford that they make the New York Jets look like a functioning NFL team.

Mike McCarthy would be my first choice. He might not be the most exciting candidate, but of the available prospects I think he has the most extensive resume and brings the most to the table in terms of proven success and experience.
