3. I don't see what's appealing about an experienced coach who is a so-so DC and a bad HC. Don't bother.

4. Leonhard would be the guy I want here. He was a Raven and a Jet and Broncos and Bills and a few more teams that know how to play defense. He would bring that energy we need here.

If it's the latter and not the former, your title is bordering on click-bait. FWIW, there are some good DC candidates out there, and Morris should be one of them, so the premise of your podcast isn't inaccurate; just the title is. 😉

Personally, I don’t care one bit about an alleged personal connection to the area, I just want somebody who’s going to install and run a legitimate NFL defense the biggest obstacle for whoever the new defensive coordinator is going to be is figuring out how to circumvent the boob at the top of the heap yes I’m talking about your guy Aaron Glenn

19. Who ever the choice is, AG, has to be confident, the he will run a scheme, that he's very comfortable with, this will be totally on him, not just a recomendation/Suggested hire this go round.
