13. Someone in another thread explained this is more of procedural step for them to get the trademark. Since they are common words there are special steps they have to go through and it takes a few years.

22. Hear me out, the main drag of Vegas is called “The Strip” so the team should be named The Las Vegas Strip. Will totally work, but for some reason if it doesn’t we can stay with the theme of athletes and professionals and call them the Las Vegas Pros. I see nothing wrong with either name that would draw comparisons to an occupation associated with Las Vegas that isn’t playing baseball.
