  5. Love this look at the player development side of the org! You always HEAR about player dev, but it's really illuminating to get a peek at what that actually entails.

  7. The NY Islanders added a mental health coach. No one expected them to do well. They've exceeded every expectation (and it's not just because of Schaefer). So maybe you guys on the Mets should invest in a team shrink (bilingual, of course). Would probably do a world of good.
