We’ve tried the average guys and failed! I even think under Dan Quinn our defense wasn’t that great! It was the turnovers that masked a bad defense. It’s why we didn’t go anywhere in the playoffs! We need to go after a true dog of a defensive coordinator this time like Brian Flores!

Jim leohanrd or Schwartz are only viable candidates from this list. Frank Okam defense Assistant line coach Texans or all defense assistant coaches from Texans. We need peoplewho had great success and disciplined. Because we are most indisciplined team in all 3 phasesof the game although we imported a little bit this year in offense. The special teams and Defensive teams were awful.

Flores is looking for a HC position, so he's out..I'm not really high on Leonahrd & I believe that Schwartz will become the Browns new HC. So that leaves Morris & Ulbrich as the next best candidates. I actually want Raheem Morris, but I'd gladly settle for Ulbrich if Morris gets a new HC position or takes a different DC position. My first choice would be Morris & please bring back Al Harris as the DB coach. Our secondary simply hasn't been the same since he left!
Hell, ill bring back Rex ryan before letting Eberflus coach in dallas again.. we need an effective by defensive rankings top 10 in pass defense, top 10 in rush defense. Top ten in blitzing schemes.. our offense will prosper, even with Dak. But the offense a chance to win.
What about Al Harris?
Brian Flores or Jim Schwartz would only be acceptable. Jim Leonard is a good pick up if they can. They will probably pick Jerry Jones to be the defensive coordinator because he is in the verge of going crazy. Anyways Dallas Cowboys for life

What happened to Greg Williams? He won a SB with New Orleans and was aggressive. I want a bounty on anyone wearing an Eagles Uniform. That should be the attitude.

As long as someone comes in and stays hard on defense players asses and takes no slack I'll be happy.
