I would pay a guard and then have Rogers and Glaze battle it out for the other guard spot

John Harbaugh is the top choice. He is a proven coach that could become our Andy Reid. He knows how to build a roster and an incredible staff. He had Minter and McDonald on his staff. The guy is respected and connected. His Ravens teams were always physical and contenders.
Ill take kubiak over Harbaugh
