Davante Adams is expected to return for the Rams’ Wild Card matchup against the Carolina Panthers after missing the final three games of the regular season with a hamstring injury.
Despite the late-season absence, Adams still finished 2025 as the NFL’s touchdown leader with 14 receiving scores, highlighting how central he has been to the Rams’ offense. Head coach Sean McVay said Adams could have played in Week 18, but the team chose to be cautious to ensure he would be ready for the postseason.
McVay noted that Adams pushed hard to return earlier, but the staff prioritized long-term availability over short-term risk. With Adams expected back on the field, the Rams regain a key red-zone threat and a trusted target for Matthew Stafford.
His return adds another dimension to an offense that already closed the regular season strong and now enters the playoffs at full strength.

Please just win
Adams, Higbee, Witherspoon, if Kevin Dotson comes back the team might actually be set to play the best ball all year.
