You guys need to realize we’re not getting McDaniels, he’s not getting fired, literally everyone has said he’s keeping the job
Bring him in as an assistant to Dan and promote him once the eventual OC gets a HC job. He’s younger than Goff FFS.

In fairness, didn’t Rodgers call him a “film room master” or something? I don’t think he should immediately be hired as an NFL Coordinator but I could see someone like him with playing experience (slowly) entering the coaching realm.

This could be a courtesy interview too. Getting an OC interview will put Blough on the radar for other teams. I kind of doubt Campbell would interview him if he wasn’t a serious candidate though.

I’d like us to go outside of guys that were involved in this regime. I don’t want a yes man. I want someone who has lots of experience calling plays in college or NFL games. Our roster is so good that we don’t need another Ben Johnson. We just need someone competent.
