4. Sochan had a good game tonight! I also think we should’ve had Harrison in at the end but we can’t pretend that Sochan didn’t play with energy and help get the team going in the second half because he absolutely did

5. I really wish we called that timeout. Was in shock to see sochan come in for castle. Really hoped we’d put in anyone else for him. When fox started in the clutch we need that second guy so that one of them isn’t have 4 guys contesting that game winner. Putting sochan out on offense they might as well leave him open he feels like a training cone sometimes. Good for maybe a screen. WE NEEDED somebody who was doing it tonight to finish the night. Would’ve even loved those last 15 seconds with Wemby fox and champagnie. The three dudes doing it all who would’ve expanded the floor and maybe could’ve hit a 3.

6. Stephon Castle must be included in a package for Giannis.Castle is very careless with the ball in his hands he made unnecessary turnovers and he’s not a shooter.he’s not the right peacemaker to play with Wemby and Fox I believe Harper is way smarter player then he is.

10. Clown videos like this one are the reasons I don't subscribe to your channel or generally give thumbs up rating. In fact I may stop watching entirely. Consensus was that Spurs would have 44-45 wins and they are on pace for 57 wins. They were on the road against a middle of the road team and one of their star players had a bad game and they still came close to winning. Instead of doing a thoughtful analysis you scream and yell like a spoiled scout who couldn't sell all her cookies. Grow up and act like a professional.

15. i think the coaching staff is not aware,, but we are only 4 games ahead of the phoenix suns, the 7th spot. one more bad stretch of 4 losses could put us to the play-in spot. every game matters when you're in the west!

16. Many blame Mitch, but if you can't beat the Grizzlies without Wemby and Vassell, then this team isn't as good as his ranking suggests, but rather a play-in team.

17. We need to address the elephant in the room. Why in the heck do we have Sochan out There in crunch time and he missed a big rebound and a 3 ball. I rarely say this about my spurs but terrible coaching in that last 3-4 minutes in the 4th

18. Y obviously to sub wemby in and make a play for wemby like is should be obvious to sub in your best player for a potential game winner. I get that fox is clutch and all but he was shooting only 4-18 that game.

23. Here the problem. The rotation makes zero sense. We’re playing pg/sg/sf at power forward and expect to consistently dominate teams that have a traditional center and power forward. Harrison Barnes, Keldon Johnson and others shouldn’t be switching to biggest men in the paint. The starting lineup should be Wemby and Olnyk at 5 and 4. Bench Kornet and Sochan at 5 and 4. Give Carter Bryant more minutes because part of the problem is lack of minutes. Get some power forwards/ center depth for once. Also, they’re switching too much on defense which lead to an unatheletic Kornet at the three point line and no other paint enforcer as a backup. We are currently blowing our chances of winning by bad rotations and lack of defensive rebounds at key moments. The smal ball game must stop because all the best shooters are tired late in the game when we need them most.

25. Yes , I would have called a timeout as a player, but I like that the coach trusted the guys on the floor. If Fox would have scored at the end, nobody would have said anything. Regardless of what happens, you still have to execute. The guys on the floor at the end, at least had a chance to win the game a couple times.

29. Yes! A timeout would have been necessary since we were catching up. If it were tied, I would go with the play at least if we miss, it will go on OT.

30. Mitch had 2 time-outs left. They could have let Wemby play 1 more minute or even a few seconds in crunch time. Also, Fox, Castle, Harper, and Barnes have not been shooting well. They’re even bricking their lay-ups and floaters. Also, they could have used one of the time-outs to draw a play for Julian who was also hot in this game.

31. From playing basketball on easy mode in December, January has been like hooping through honey. Only positive is that this is all a learning process on our journey to the playoffs.

32. Sochan just coming in to shoot more 3s than 2 ….they don t go in, it s frustrating but … maybe he did really upgrade his jumpshot and wanted to showing it of when he had a chance to play other minutes than overtime…could be a good sign even if they didn t go in

33. Don’t be surprised to start seeing Sochan more. I think Spurs got zero interest in Sochan and have accepted playing him into rotation more.

Mitch lost this game for us…first he doesn’t let Wemby play at least 1 more min in the clutch, then he doesn’t call a timeout, then he plays Sochan in the clutch when that poor guy’s confidence is in the gutter from the DNPs yet he expects him to make clutch 3s in the final minutes! Like a middle school coach wouldn’t make those mistakes! Ugh!!! He’s acting stubborn like Pop was in his last few years!

39. Looks like Mitch doesn't want to grow too fast becoming a true contender this year. Why nt giving 1 or 2 minutes more to Wemby in 4th quarter? Mitch sucked tonight.

41. N. The last 2 losses won't affect our overall season, but they might affect Atlanta's. Good to see Sochan get quality minutes, and why not give him a clutch shot. It can only help in the long run.
