A trade could be bad, but for this season, no big trade will be 100% bad. We need to bet it. And be realistic, the team will tank for a few years after the retirement of Curry, keeping a few first-round picks (not 1-3 kind of) changes nothing.

I have a feeling the Pels asking price is way too much at this point for what Joe willing to give up.
A long and athletic wing player who will space the floor and play defense. Could really help this team win right away.

Trey Murphy is probably gonna cost 3 good first round picks, lets say 2028, 2030 and 2032. It is not worth it with this current team. Even adding Trey Murphy for Kuminga we are not a contender. We would be at a similar level of the Timberwolves and Lakers probably, a Playoffs first round exit team.

Guys, he’s A) pretty good and b) on a super team friendly contract for the next 3 seasons. He is gold under this CBA.
Pels will be hunting for a Mikal Bridges level overpay unfortunately.
