1. I'm genuinely curious about why you feel like this. As an Islanders fan, I'm feel like it was a goalie problem tonight, and Sorokin was insane in net. They had 43 shots on net, and I feel like a bunch should, have went in. Now I'm not saying it's a over reaction but the reaction after this game seems excessive

16. I have been a fan since 82. This certainly one of the low points for this franchise.
    When the “new” owners stripped the identity of this team, I saw the cracks start to appear. I have always hoped for the best for this organization, but in my opinion, we need to get back to the roots of what made this team great. Building a team from the net out. Defense creates offense. You are correct when you say we unfortunately need a rebuild from the top down.

23. What‘s happening with the Devils at the moment is neither explainable nor excusable and every fan has the god given right to be angry.
    Since my boyhood I’ve been a fan of SC Bern🇨🇭.The team of Mark Streit, Roman Josi, and Nico Hischier before they moved to the NHL. Since the 1970s, the club has regularly had the highest attendance figures in Europe. The fan culture is not comparable with North America. We have regional and national rivalries, some of which date back centuries and are also manifested in sport. Some games are defined as high-risk games, with riot police units deployed around the arena.
    Years ago, the team played an absolutely unmotivated and lousy season. After a painful defeat in a derby against our archrivals, the fans had had enough of this bullshit.
    A group of hardcore fans, who looked more like outlaw bikers – without bikes – sure you wouldn’t like to FA with these guys😄, forced their way into the locker room. There, they made it clear to the entire team and staff what they thought of them and their performance. Then they demanded immediate improvement and threatening to pay the team another visit if they didn't. To this day, there are rumors that star players from overseas asked for their contracts to be terminated immediately after the incident.
    But do you know what, from the next game onwards, the team was unrecognizable and played combative and attractive hockey.

24. Have been following this team since the ‘94 series vs the Rangers. This feels like the lowest point since then.

25. too disgusted to watch you stream live last night. You can't tear this team down because of cap mismanagement and a roster of NTC. I like Kovacevic but we are paying for a 4th RD when we have 1 real NHL C. Only one person to blame for this dumpster fire. I will never forgive not getting Quinn when we had the chance. #FIREFITZ
