  1. Who do you trust more: an Eagles offense that shows flashes of competence but can’t sustain it for four quarters, or an injured, star-less defense that isn’t generating a pass rush?

Whichever side shows up decides the game. Shanahan will scheme his guys open. Vic will have Brock frustrated. But this game ultimately comes down to the Eagles offense vs. the 49ers defense.

Personally, I trust the offense. They’ve been here and done that.

  2. Eagles are experiencing the post- Super Bowl effect. Still, watch out. They are like the Chiefs (prior to this season)…they sting like a viper when it counts. I hope 49rs lose cuz face it, Hawks are the Champs. It would also be fun to play some different teams.

  3. Mahome, Burrow, and Lamar not in the dance meaning Allen has to win now is a lazy take. There are new elite QBs too, and he is playing one of them Sunday.

Lawrence doesnt give a shit about Allens legacy

  4. After the Niners lost to Seattle I was hoping for Philly. I don’t think a Chicago matchup was good this quick after beating them how they did. So for me, Philly is the perfect matchup and I think they can beat them. I’ve been watching Philly and they have many cracks. They are not as good as they were last year. It’ll be a tough game no doubt. The problem is, if the Niners win they likely end up right back in Seattle. So they may win this week but next week, unless something crazy happens with Green Bay, the Niners season is likely over.

  5. Is anyone going to mention this new tax law where you can only claim 90% of your losses against your winnings? You could even have to pay taxes if you break even! You could have 100K in winning bets, and 100K in losing bets, but you can only claim 90,000 of those losses. Meaning you will have to pay taxes on 10K of “phantom income” that you didn’t even make!!! Nobody is talking about this!

  6. People are sleeping on the Rams Quentin Lake coming back for the first time since week 11. He is the glue to the Rams defense and is their captain. He did not play against the panthers.
