  1. I love how Raider fans have hated on Graham for years, but yet he survived four regime changes, and he is still getting interest even after coaching on the team with the worst record in the league..

Clearly, people who actually know football disagree with most Raider fans’ assessment of Graham..

  2. Good luck Pat, that would be a good landing spot and I wish him well. A winning season or two would definitely get him closer to that HC job!

  3. I’m a PG fan, but he should have took that Cincinnati job last year. He did himself no favors this season.

If I’m being real, he could probably use the change of pace and we probably could too.

  4. Best move going forward is to blank slate the top 3 coaches.

PG should join Flores in NYC

  5. What Graham has done with the worst rosters over the years is amazing. Every year he loses talent and every year he comes up with schemes to remain competitive. The rest of the NFL sees that. Vegas would be fortunate if the next coach wanted to keep him.

  6. I’ve been on board with keeping PG all these years but after this year I think it’s best we part ways.

  7. I mean he actually called some ok games for us considering we have no real talent behind crosby

  8. See ya. I know some here defend him because he “didn’t have the pieces” but I say our shitty offense made him look better. Always had the wrong call on 3rd and long, hoping Maxx would get to the quarterback is not a defensive scheme.

  9. One of the few good coaches we’ve had over the last several years. I can see PG as a HC on some team in the future. Just needs to be on a winning team.

I hope the Raiders manage to keep Rob Leonard at least. That guy seems like he has real potential.
