I don’t know why either side would want this relationship to continue.

Good
Thanks for your time here Hollywood. Good luck wherever you land next.
May? Yeah this is a given.
Now one WR they absolutely should bring back is Thornton. He’s their best deep threat and offers a pinch of size in height their core typically does not have.
And Thank You! H.B. for 58 catches, 678 yards and 5 TD for $14mil (?) Over two years.
Not worth the money. Easy.
He had to be WIDE open to make a grab. Anyone near him? Nope.
No hate on him, but I hope he doesn’t come back.
The potential of this WR corps will haunt me for some time. A fully healthy Rice, Hollywood, Worthy and Kelce firing on all cylinders should have been a force to be reckoned with, but we never put the pieces together.
His productivity was well below what was expected of him.
But I don’t blame him if he walks. With the waste of sideline-space we have as WR position coach I don’t know why ANY free agent WR would want to come to KC in the first place.
I will miss him and his 500 yard, 2 TD seasons lol
I remember hearing Chiefs reporters during OTAs his first year here saying how good he looked and how smooth the deep ball connection looked. Then he got hurt, missed a year and came back and played okayish? Lots of games where I forgot he was on the field.
Seems like a solid dude. Wish him well. I guess I can throw this on the pile of Chiefs wide receivers I expected to be amazing but we’re not.
I remember saying from the jump this guy would get injured and not play shit
I blame coaching for WRs “underplaying” their value because everyone says this about nearly all of our WRs in recent years. Everyone expects them to be amazing and then shits on them when they’re not. What’s the common denominator? Coaching and game planning.
Unlucky injury to start his time with us and then was failed by an awful coaching staff. Good luck in the future.
I just want a receiver that will go up and get the ball. I think Thornton can be that if he is given more opportunities. Someone like AJ Brown.
He’s a solid wr2 with reliable hands. Just don’t need both him and Xavier, especially considering the cost and salary cap situation.
Wish I had more memories of him being on the field.
Yeah, he wasn’t healthy or good at really any point here so. ✌️
Many Chiefs players get traded or leave only to find more playing time elsewhere. Look at freakin’ Skyy Moore and Robinson and others. It’s just the name of the game.
Thanks for the good times Hollywood 😎🤘
He killed his value here and I feel bad for him
He’s a solid guy and he tried his best, but injuries have robbed him of much of his explosiveness and his best days are behind him. I hope he’s able to catch on somewhere else.
I liked Hollywood. I think we expected Tyreek 2.0, but the fanbase expects *everyone* to be Tyreek 2.0.
Brown did a good job of stepping up in those first few weeks when Rice and Worthy were both unavailable. He was entirely solid the rest of the season.
I know it is a low bar, but he wasn’t a diva, he didn’t fuck up spectacularly and there are no charges pending against him. That’s more than enough for my WR3 .
The injury in the first year sucked. I was so pumped when he moved over
As much as he stunk he was way better then Worthy this year.
Glad to see him move on. I never thought the signing made sense.
