Porter Jr deserves more credit. He has also been a great corner just was really handsy but he has really stepped up his game this year by limiting the amount of PI’s he has gotten.
Hate PFF but they do put out some decent stats every now and then.

I absolutely love him. Yeah, he can get handsy but who cares, it happens.
I don’t know how many of you consistently watch other teams but even if he continued to be penalized a lot, his level of cornerback play is so so so much better than the majority of the league.
It actually blows my mind when I see people complain about him. I can’t think of very many better corners playing right now.

Who was he covering on Sunday? I swear I didn’t hear some of the receivers mentioned and though “oh JPJ must be locking them down”

Anyone who complains about JPJ has forgotten wasteland at CB we had prior to drafting him. Outside of maybe one good year from Haden we haven’t had a real CB1 since Ike retired just over a decade ago.
I can’t believe we actually drafted a good DB… did we break the curse?
Was he not covering zay flowers all last game? Are they just considering that busted coverage so it doesn’t count?
