2. Yall the Fords and the Bidwells have owned their respective teams since their founding. For years they've put garbage on the field. Why? Because there is bigger profits in losing than winning. Remember what ownership did to the Chicago Bulls. They busted up a 3peat championship team. Why? Because there was no profit in it for the ownership. Jerry has been spending the salary cap money every year on personnel. So it looks like he trying to win, but he makes it up in ticket sales and merchandising. Other teams can't so they fall short of the money they can spend in order to make a profit. You can't be serious about winning by hiring a 1st year head coach. I don't care how well he interviews. Watch the DC hire. Thus will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt.

11. This dude is a billionaire and can hire the best of the best to run his football team. But, what does he do? He’s goes out and hire a long time unproven assistant coach to get the job done. I like Shotty but he is not the best of the best. He is one of the lowest paid head coaches in the NFL for a reason. He makes 4.5 million per year while Ben Johnson and other top head coaches are making 12-13 million per year. You get what you pay for Jerry! There is no salary cap on coaches.

27. POSSITIVES: Shotty is awesome! How he's building the team and connecting, is outstanding. Also, as an OC. He grew Dak past the point of being a liability against good defenses. I'm actually excited for next year.
    Negatives…of course Eberflus, but also special teams. I'm just hoping that we get a DC, that's actually compatible with our players. Eberflus, couldn't have been more opposite then our players, and he still kept trying to shove his zone nonsense down their throats. These guys excelled under DQ, and should again under a like minded coach. Especially with the added D-Line talent.
