For the betterment of the franchise, they need to get Harbaugh if possible. I don't think he'll be interested in the TN job, since he'll have every other option open to him, but they should try their best.
If I am Amy Adams Strunk, I am on the phone with his agent and asking to speak to Harbaugh directly…and then, in no uncertain terms, I tell him….THE JOB IS YOURS IF YOU WANT IT. WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE YOU THE NEXT HC OF THE TITANS? This would make up for the mistake of letting Mike Vrabel go. If he takes the job, I hope he brings his OC, Monken, with him. That is a Top notch OC, whom I want coaching Cam Ward and this offense.
I still rather have Mike McCarthy, he resume is similar to Jon Harbaugh. Plus he develops quarterbacks better.

Guy has coached for 18 straight years but you don't expect him to take a break? Bottom line is Harbaugh can and will be very selective if he coaches in 2026 and my guess if he doesn't love the opportunity will take a year off.
