  1. I remember after the Kenta Maeda signing Harris said something to the effect of that he wanted that to be a gateway into the Japanese market. This year had so many prominent Japanese players posted and I didn't hear the Tigers connected to any of them. I wonder if that's still a priority and if that should be a "resolution" for the front office.

  2. I understand that the identity is to "let it ride," but my New Year's resolution for the team would be to execute one transaction (FA signing or trade) that excites the fan base during the off-season. Doesn't have to fundamentally change the clubhouse, but just something that intrigues and inspires people. Nothing beats winning and I can accept going thr path of development, but can they be interesting during the winter?
