  1. Rumors here, rumors there, and not action. Shame on Cashman! He's the worth GM in MLB. Listen, the Yanks lost to the BJ because they can't generate runs. So they needs to trade or release the under-productives and start signing proving players. If not, they will not even made the Wild Card this year.

  2. Congratulations on the house! Too bad the Yankees are cooked. We've had an awful offseason with no prospects of improving on last year's team. SCREWED! Hal must sell before we win again.

  3. The Yankees are out of sexy moves due to financial mismanagement. They have shot themselves in the foot so many times in the past that there is almost no foot left to shoot in

  4. There’s something fishy about all of this. The Yankees have to be trying to pocket some money bc why would you be this complacent and genuine believe we can win it all? We don’t get better AT ALL like there’s no way they can think this!!!!

  5. Peralta? Yeah there are probably 3-4 teams ready to jump in with better offers of prospects and players for the Brewers than what the Yankees can offer. Even the Dodgers are sniffing around Peralta right now and they don't need SP's at all. These teams can offer a much better package than the Yankees can. It's just a fact.

  6. Half of the guys you just mentioned in the rotation are carrying WILD UNCERTAINTY regarding what their performance level for 2026 will be. One example that should be as clear as day::

36 year old Power Pitching Aces like Cole, who've spent their careers throwing gas and now have blown-up their UCL's practically NEVER re-obtain their prior performance levels. What's more likely is that Cole will lose 3-4 MPH off his four seamer making him an ordinary mortal unless or until he adjusts to that condition. The Yankees need to slow walk him back like the Dodgers did with Ohtani, making like 30 pitches a start when he returns to the mound in roughly the June timeframe and very gradually building him up from there.

Rushing Cole back out of necessity in 2026 is probably the worst thing imaginable. Because the Yankees still owe him 3 more years at $36M a year, so by no means can they afford to risk having any significant setbacks during his rehab or it's really going to cost them a lot of money.

Both Jake and Gary, to me you're treating Cole's return like it's a walk in the park. Like it's guaranteed he'll make a full recovery in 2026! Like it's going to be accomplished with the apparent effortlessness of gods. This is preposterous nonsense!

Better off making the assumption that Gerrit Cole WILL NOT be a significant contributor to the Yankees success in 2026 because that's much more likely to be the outcome. The same is true with Clarke Schmidt by the way.

  7. trying to win a WS Chip for Judge not going well, played poorly in the 2024 WS, they honestly gave away to LA, with Soto, he chooses not to stay so Hal and Cash reload in 2025 with, what alot of people said was a better team, Fried, Devin, Belli, Goldy, Bednar, Doval, McMahan, Rosario, Cabby, then stink it up.
The organization needs to reset it's mentality and with Boone and Stanton contracts done after 2027, build for 2028 with Lombard Jr. at SS, Judge DH, Jasson, Spencer, Wells, Rice, Schlittler, Lagrange, El Rod.
Not saying they can't win the whole damn thing in 2026.
I tell Hal, you need baseball minds over analytics in the dugout setting lineups and making in game decisions before 2028.

  8. It would 100% be our luck that we trade for Cabrera and he blows out his arm. This is the worst off season I’ve seen as a fan in near 30yrs. Yankees keep waiting and waiting, it’s January the waiting period is over. Spring training is in 6 weeks it’s time to get it done. The Yankees have let Boras hold the team hostage again like he did with Soto and Belli is no where near Juan Soto.

  9. no Grisham and I think we could have signed BO. That's the way I would have went if I was the GM, Jazz money coming off the books 2027. Bo to play SS this season would have been money. I would have been fine with our 3rd baseman batting 220 with strong defense.

  10. Pittsburgh has had a better offseason than the Yankees. The Blue Jays have had the best offseason so far. They are going back to the WS. TOR will get both Bo and Tucker. Yankees are headed for 4th place in the AL East.

  11. 🙌🏾 Glad you guys are back! Gary with the hostage camera & Jake with the hostage beard.

Only 6 weeks till pitchers & catchers. Hope some moves come soon. Freddy Peralta.

  12. The time that’s a-wasting is Judge’s “biological clock.” There is no urgency to win it all before Judge declines…and once he’s gone, it’s another fruitless 5+ years of rebuilding.

  13. Dropping Freddy Peralta in the comments because we were asked to… not high on what you guys said. How do you think it's a win of an offseason if we get a pitcher and Belli? How have we improved this team? We have taken a step back in the pen and our offense is at best, the same! Come on guys, this was a complete loss of an offseason barring a Tatis trade.

  14. STAY AWAY FROM CABRERA INJURY PRONE ELBOW GONNA BLOW TRADE FOR PERALTA OR JUST SPEND GET RANGER SAUREZ HE HAS 1.35 ERA IN PLAYOFFS BRING BACK BELLINGER SIGN BO OR TRADE FOR NICO MARTE OR DONAVAN GET A BIG BULLPEN ARM TO PASS BALL TO BEDNAR. ITS JUDGE PRIME GO ALL IN HAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JAYS AND DODGERS BOTH IN WS MADE BIG MOVES TO STRENGHTEN THERE TEAM WITH HIGHER SALARY WE CANT BEAT THEM WITH RUNNING SAME TEAM SO WE HAVE TO UPGRADE. BEATING UP BAD TEAMS IS CUTE BUT PLAYOFFS IS A PROBLEM FOR US SINCE 2010. ANY PLAYER YOU GET IN A TRADE WITH COUPLE YEARS CONTROL TAKE ONE YEAR AWAY DUE TO 2027 MAY NOT PLAYED

  15. I’m not saying it’s going to happen but if the market winds up falling right into the yanks laps & cash makes a few great moves as a result y’all gotta come on and apologize.

Again not saying it’s gonna happen, doesn’t look likely, but it could

  16. The Yankees should have known early on that dealing with Boris was going to be impossible without giving out a really bad contract to Cody. They should have put in a reasonable offer early on with a very short expiration and should have immediately pivoted. This is what a good GM would have done. In addition the QO to Grisham was an absolute disaster and shows the incompetence of Cashman. For that same money they could have signed Bader and Fairbanks. Cashman simply does not know how to utilize resources.

  17. Yankee fans alot of over reaction on a slow off-season by the yanks whats wrong with running it back the same team that won 94 games last yr without cole scdmit missed half a season jazz missed a month and the most important thing they didnt have a 3rd baseman last year and now they have a legit closer you dont gotta worry avout blowing 10+ games like williams did that was the difference they could of easily won over 100 games
