I dont get the Davis Webb love. 2 years “coaching” after playing. Passing game coordinator, and qb coach. The experience is not there. This is about as unqualified as it gets. What am I missing?

I would not be surprised if they interview upwards of 12-15 people for the job.
I love the Davis Webb idea. I listened to him talk about QBs being put in a box and how he likes to find their strengths and grow on that without the restrictions. To me, this is a good indicator on how he’d lead, allowing people to be themselves.
They can’t be serious about Joseph…this has to be a Rooney interview or to gauge interest and see if he might want to jump ship
The Vance Jospeh HC and Webb OC dream, effectively hurting a rival is quite appealing.
