  1. Man you hit the nail on the head. What up and coming coach would want to come coach under Todd Bowles? He is stubborn and stuck in his ways and more importantly the whole staff will be on the hot seat from the start.

  2. BOWLES IS BACK – I'M DONE WITH THE BUCS !!!!! If the Glazers and Licht will do nothing to improve this team, I no longer willl support this team in any shape or form. The Glazers make millions upon millions owning the Bucs whether the team wins or loses, so they really don't care. And Licht is not recommending he release of Bowles, he too doesn't give a damn. Licht never drafted ar added a "star" player, so Bowles is covering tg he incompetance of the freont office.oa

  3. Done with the Bucs as a fan. There are other teams and I can no longer justify hoping, watching and caring about the Bucs when ownership keeps settling for this mediocre loser.

  4. What impactful free agent signings or trades were made to benefit the Bucs in Bowles tenure. They signed Baker dirt cheap but I don’t think they expected much to come of that. They got lucky with that one. That’s not exactly going all in like they did with Brady. Part of that was because they were salary cap limited. I believe Bucs front office believed they were in a rebuild but they surprised themselves with how well they did in ‘23 and ‘24. ‘25 was just a mess for a lot of reasons.

  5. What Glazer ownership just did was absolutely inexplicable. Made NO sense, in any way whatsoever. They just could not bring themselves to do the right thing, to do right by the team. Just exposes that their NFL franchise is a third rate family hobby and that " mediocrity " or worse is just fine by them. ManU is where their core interests and commitment really lie.

That 50 yr docu-series was a complete falsehood.

  6. If the Bucs had gone 6-11 or 5-12 and miss the playoffs in 2023 I don’t think anyone would have been surprised especially after Brady retired and so many other players departed. I think Bucs fans are now over estimating the quality of the players on this team.

  7. Looks like a lot of Yankees fans here with all the crying y’all doing. Glazers don’t just quit on ppl cause y’all complain. Bowles failed one year imo, injuries and personnel isn’t his fault.

  8. Idk how much of this one I agree with. This is “such a talented roster” but yet no one is going to want a 1 year showcase with it? No one’s going to want a chance to take over in Tampa if the offense is electric while the defense is struggled again? So much contradicting statements in all of this…

  9. A prospective ownership group with a genuine commitment to excellence and a vision to sustain it, needs to make this current and inept ownership a very serious offer to buy them out.

Vinik and company comes to mind.

  10. Pass rush is worst in the league but Bowles should make it work because he’s a defensive minded head coach… that’s another one I’ve heard. Hes not god. No one is.

Offense is so loaded but <600 yards by leading rusher and it’s because he only played in ten games… and your multi million dollar weapons didn’t even play in double digit games. Both highly paid tackles missed a ton of games. Practice squad guards played most of the season… Pointing out the talent on paper only matters if that talent is on the field.

This isn’t me sticking up for Bowles by no means. I understand why you would get rid of him and I understand why you show him the door. I just believe the standard is unrealistic because we root for the logo on the helmet…

And for those saying he has lost the locker room… I guarantee the lockerroom leaders signed off on this first.
