Tomlin is a rare breed. He's a leader of men. I think most people believe no matter what his job is.. he would be that guy. It's less about football when you hear him speak, and more about hearing someone with principles that don't waver. Conviction is a real thing.

I mean, that’s kinda silly. He’s coached at the same place for almost TWO DECADES. There was nothing fickle or impulsive about this
