Being HC with Brady looking over your shoulder doesn't seem like a great place. And Vegas has so many distractions that keeping players–and families–focused and out of trouble can't be easy.

I don't get why people always feel bad for coaches n families when they get fired. You still get paid n can spend time at home for it.
its really frequent in the nhl that coach are fired and GM keeps his job.

John Spytek – Gm – Michigan (get the players and keep the players)
Tom Brady – owner – Michigan ( find offensive talents + help the QB

Brady and Spytek will do a good job. Also remember that they hired some eagle's staff after the ladt draft. They gave Pete C too much say last season – they learned from thiis mistake. With the #1 p8ck they attract a good HC this season
