If Saleh could bring in McDaniels as his OC he would probably be the favorite to land the Ravens job

Why would he go to a place where he wouldn’t even call the plays? Dude is gonna be mega in demand as a play caller.
He definitely will not want to come back. He might have a shot at some HC openings, but at the very least he can be the actual OC play caller somewhere. Idk why he’d take a double demotion at this point in his career. Would love it, but it makes zero sense for him.
Don’t think there’s even a remote chance we get him unfortunately. As fun as that would be.
There’s zero chance he comes back, he’s 100% going to want to be the playcaller.

Highly unlikely. No way he’d want to come back to Shanahan, as Kyle wouldn’t give him playcalling. Far more likely Saleh takes Mike with him as his OC to Baltimore or Tenn.
I’d love to have him back but the chances of bringing him back would be low.
Teams still view him as a great offensive play caller and potentially could still become a HC elsewhere

I had a feeling the day they posted a pic of him coming off the private jet in a suite and gold Rolex that it wasn’t going to end well
He’s getting a HC gig. Besides that it seemed like he was done working under shanny.
