  1. IHOA trains refs on when to blow the whistle because – BIG SHOCK – you can blow the whistle *too early*

    Apparently the NHL does not train their refs on this because this is a recurring and frequent issue these days.

  3. I don’t mind a quick whistle. It can be an honest mistake. Whatever. It happens.

    But for fucks sake you have to get some thicker skin when you do.
