I think Trae Young being traded to the Wizards is good for both Trae and the Wizards because the Wizards haven't been winning anything for a long while, but they can make the playoffs and be a decent team. See, for me, I'm not really a big Trae fan, but I somewhat agree with Rawn. At the same time, we also have to put some of this on Trae; we have to hold Trae accountable as well, which is why I mostly agree with Penn/Swipa and partly with Marz.

Soooo, team owners create a “salary cap” to maximize their profits which limits their ability to add talent to their team and retain talent and then blame players for not being able to win more despite not having the talent to do so. Now, teams get to diminish the elite talent players because their contracts are too much despite their talent and production. Then, teams get to go out and try to find a cheaper less productive versions of the guy they traded away and then blame the next player on the team for a lack of team success. The issue is the SALARY CAP.
