DH is for guys who need a day off from the field or can't play the field. This isn't the 1980's anymore where the DH is strictly a bopper.

The lineup against lefties looks really good. The lineup against righties will depend on production. Gavin Lux is our righty DH at this point.

I would trade Lux and Hayes and give the Schwarber money to Bregman

If Krall really believed this philosophy he would be signing Luis Arraez.

Nick Krall basic philosophy on hitting at GABP is so off base why don't any of the local media ask some hard questions about the research over the years that the team that has the highest slugging percentage in either a three,five,or seven game series wins the series 80% of the time.The common baseball sense is that when you face other teams top end starters in the postseason it get harder to put together multiple singles together to score runs and without the power element it get harder to overcome large deficits and put up add on runs to lessen the stress level of you pitching staff and defense.😮😮😮😮
You are wasting your time being a small market team fan. Because they are basically a farm club. No amount of argument can change that. So why worry about it ?
I agree with Krall about the line drives. I think the reds will make the one big trade soon and those line drives will be getting sprayed all over the field. I’m excited for the season to come! Go reds!
Cincinnati Reds blueprint is so backwards because GABP is one of top three hitters ballparks in the MLB and you overall team run production or expectancy is below average.The Reds front office is so delusional because you play 81 games there and also look at the intradivisional records at home since 2014 it's among the worst winning percentage in baseball versus the Brewers,Cubs,Cardinals,and even at times the Pirates.The Redlegs should be thinking about building the type of team that can be better versus your NL Central opponents at home to ensure a chance to contend for the division title.
Marte would be better in the third spot. ELDC strikes out a ton and should bat 5th or 6th
