Only success this team has seen in the last 25 years was with offensive coaches and they refuse to go back to it.
it’s going to be a hard sale to any coach that wants to be successful. We have buddha Baker, Trey McBride and Josh sweat. That’s not a whole lot to build a successful team a 2 year span of coaching now days
this guy makes sense he took the packers in 2024 from 5th in total defense to 12th in 2025.. that’s the kind of regression to earn you a HC coach job at the prestigious AZ Cardinals
