It’s definitely time, Bowles knew these guys were under-performing but didn’t want to get rid of them because they were his friends (which is understandable but still not great), at-least he’s doing it now.

I personally like replacing Glizzard. At no point did the offensive play calling dazzle me. And we for SURE need a new, stand alone DC. Let Bowles lead the team and assist with D. He is a great defensive mind.
