He wouldn’t have been if the broadcast made a graphic about it
Could’ve fooled me. He made plays at times but he was invisible most of the time. Gray had 60 more tackles in 140 less snaps.
“Best ability is availability”
Also didn’t CB take special teams snaps too or am I just thinking of another player?
Barton stinks. Definitely gonna turn out to be a bad signing.
I miss the Mayor of Murfreesboro
Sheds a tear for Byard
It’s good that he was able to stay healthy, but I was very underwhelmed by how he played this year, considering how much reporters were hyping him up during training camp. Hopefully he’ll be able to do a little better next season.
Cody Barton was brought in to be an average-at-best player, vocal leader, and captain of a rebuilding team. That’s what he is, and that’s fine.
His 7M AAV is fine, he’s the 31st highest paid LB in the league. People acting like he was supposed to be an above average difference maker are lost.
Cody Barton is the bacteria that the dish soap can’t kill.
I love the classic Cody Barton where he just covers air.
Byard is there too. Damn.
Damn and Byard played 99.8% at 32? That’s crazy. He deserves more national attention than he gets. 2 seasons of league leading in ints.
Proof that the best ability isn’t availability. It’s talent
