  8. I understand ppl want McDaniel as OC buuuut seeing as we’re the raiders I’d take him as hc in a heartbeat. We’re not going to do better than him as HC aaaaand he’s hilarious. I’m praying he’s our new hc

  14. Yes indeed and yes as a HC. To me if you can't get Mike then this guy is the next best thing for sure. You don't want him as just an OC why..?? Because if he does well then some other team is going to offer him a head coaching job. So no if you bring him in it has to be as our head coach.

  17. I would take him I honestly don’t think he’s a bad HC plus we know he’s a amazing OC I don’t think he’d be down to be a OC again unless it’s a really good team with a old coach he can replace. A dream scenario would be bagging Harbaugh and having him for like 2-3 years then handing. It over to MC but no way he’d stay put for 3 years waiting for HB to retire. I would be down to give MC a HC try, him or kubiak I’m fine with either. Also helps that I feel like a guy like MC would be more down to have Brady and spytek be involved we have to think of that too people most coach’s won’t be ok with it
