Same old song and dance for a decade. Nothing will change till Lucas Oil seats are empty. It’s a business so hit them where it hurts in the pocketbook.
CLOWN!
He’s not a bad gm but Zaire has to GO
Is this not the end of the year presser from 2024? And 2023? And 2022?
Nice to see someone who is not afraid to speak up and not follow all the cooycats
Great but wtf are YOU going to do without a #1 pick the next 2 years?
First round pick*
They need quality depth behind the starters because as we all saw…this is what happens when you don't have that.
So will he resign if they don’t make the playoffs?
Worst gm in the league.
I still believe
Typical Ballard end of year presser – “You guys know me…” “I’m disappointed too” “We have to be better, I have to be better”. How many seasons can you listen to this in row? Definition of insanity here…
Guy who asked about voiding AR’s contract is a moron. He got hurt due to faulty equipment.
Broken fckn record!
Hey guys i made it to 7 mins i cannot take anymore of this fool im out lucky i made it to 7 mins
Bro starts every end of the year press conference the same way with "Obviously, disappointed".
Love that Quote there’s a difference between pain and suffering… And the one of the first things is when pain has been self-inflicted part. You have to address the route as opposed to addressing the fruit… And that’s what happened last year when we did not build the proper depth and the proper positions of our defense, which is why we ended up having to go spend a very expensive Amount of money in draft picks for sauce… Addressed properly in the off-season we might not have faced that pain… So crow from that out of the pain of the struggle comes the butterfly metaphorically overused yes factual yes so grow from the struggle of the pain and get it straightened out… I’m sorry to sound so harsh but doggone it. I was saying that this time last year if we don’t build the right defense, and we don’t stand a chance… You gotta have the depths you’ve got to have the leadership you’ve got to have the continuity you’ve got to have next man up mentality which used to be one of Colt’s phrases…
Re-run…..Nine years…..The gall to come out and spew the same nonsense, not sure whether to be disgusted or impressed.
This is the identical same conference as last year lmao
Same broken record BS excuses from Ballard, same BS soft “questions” from the Indy area “journalists”
I hope the Colts play home games in an empty stadium. They don't deserve a home crowd. They could avoid suffering by getting rid of Ballard and Steichen. Obviously ownership doesn't care about winning. Whatever little of success the Colts have had or will have under Ballard/Steichen is based on dumb luck and nothing more. And I find it hilarious how he said injuries are never an excuse and 30 seconds later says they couldn't run the ball well once Jones got injured lmao. The Colts are the absolute least serious professional sports organization in existence.
Come on man. Same results on the field. Same weak, loser culture from the defense, coaching staff and front office. Same excuses in the press conferences. I’m out of state and pay a fortune to watch this team every weekend and I’m just done with it. Until the Colts and the Irsay family can commit to me, I won’t commit to them. Best of luck. Supercross starts this weekend, dirt bikes > football
Its all empty words and everyone knows it.
There will be little if any meaningful change in 2026.
Irsays are pathetic, ballard is pathetic, steichen is pathetic, the roster is pathetic, culture is pathetic, indy media is pathetic.
Fans are apathetic!
Cemented his seat when he traded those 1st rounders. No aspiring GM in their right mind would take this job
Thought it was really encouraging that Ballard said we need to run the football when we want to run the football. I thought it was even better that there was one reporter Greg Doyle was willing to ask the follow up, you say the offiensiveline played well. You like JT where does the change need to come from.
Hope Steichen will listen and stop giving up on the run game. Just cause JT is not in the football game doesn’t mean we stopped running the ball. He led the league and carries and the Colts and had 11th least
This guy stinks. Do us all a favor Chris and resign.
