He's going to be dumb if he settles for waiting till next year.Jets tell his agent we will pay you 40 million salary a signing bonus., guarantee starts at end of year.4 yrs closer to that over 200 million contract.Go back to school and get hurt, spend 5 million on insurance.
Simpson's a 2nd round QB at best
The only reasons players may be hesitant to come out of college and play for the Jets is because of the the NY media keeping the subject alive. The NY media is part of the problem. The kid ain’t ready, he should stay. If the Jets draft him, he needs to sit for half or a year at least, but the veteran QB they sign has to be above average. Don’t know who but we need a veteran QB. I don’t think our staff can develop a QB on their own
Dante is absolutely declaring. He would be a fool to stay in school and risk losing all that money
Nobody talks about the raiders having 6 coaches in 6 years. Nobody talks about how bad the titans cards and saints are
But somehow it’s always bash the jets
If dante declares and the jets draft him, the team has THREE FIRST ROUNDERS next year two build around him that doesn't include our oline, his agent would be a fool not to point that out to him.
Here’s the annoying part. If he stays in school. EVERYONE will say it was due to jets
If the Jets can put together a good Oline then any Rookie QB should sit on the bench and learn to read defenses.
Where does it say that the Jets have to take a QB this year? Stop with the assumptions, it's a lazy take.
Thanks Connor👏🏾👍🏾👊🏾
There is no chance that the second qb off the board would be at 16
Plus first in second round beautiful
after drew allar falling from a first round pick last year and now he's lucky to go in the 4th why would moore not declare
Jets should wait until Next year to draft QB, Focus on building and winning next year then bring a rookie QB in from 2027 draft class.
The Jets will screw this up.
If someone doesn't want to play for the jets, I wouldn't want him on any team. It means hes afraid he isn't good enough to play QB in the NFL. Anyone who drafts a player who thinks this way should be fired.
The best the jets can do is trade the 2 and 16 and beg Cincy for Joe Burrow.
To go with that the Jets need to fir Gleen and hope Carrol or Harbaugh will come coach the Jets.
If he doesn’t want to come out he’s not the guy. It’s says more about him than the jets.
It's nonsense to think someone would stay in school to specifically avoid the Jets. If they wait until next year, it will be another terrible team that picks them. That's how this whole draft thing works ya know
