19:56 good television doesn’t always equal a good product, Colin. Reality shows are “good television” they get good ratings that doesn’t mean the product A&E or previously MTV put out is good. If I wanted to watch march madness I’d put on march maddness. Bowl games dying out in favor of playoff brackets seems really stupid but I guess that’s what people want.
