  1. Jazz and bo can play together. 2nb baseman and SS is similar. I trust jazz defense even in shortstop. This is their only and best bet. Because LOOK vope = Bo . Or Belinger = Domingez. . Yankees need to get what they need. Bo is perfect. Give domingez chance to succeed.

  2. Agreed, Ryan.

Boras is not someone who panics. He will stare down every team. That works 99% of the time, but there are others when he does bobble the ball. If Bellinger wants to return to the Yankees, as I believe he does, he's the only one who can put pressure on Boras to close out the deal with the Yankees. As for Bichette, he could certainly hold down SS for the first two months, and then they could shift him to 2B and Jazz to 3B. If they're hitting on all cylinders, they could leave Bichette there for the year and turn Volpe into the all-purpose bench/infielder. Deal with that then. The Yankees may not be fully serious, but it reminds me of an old song from the '70s. Fooled around and fell in love. They might meet with and fool around with Bichette and then fall in love, and Bellinger may be standing on the outside looking in.

  3. Bo would immediately become the second best hitter on the Yankees so why wouldn’t you want him? We can figure out where he goes defensively later.

  4. Bichette is the personality and player the Yankees require. He has the drive and burning desire and would be terrific as a long term second baseman. There are very few players on this team that resemble those who played during the Dynasty years, so this would be a step in the right direction. You then trade Chisholm for pitching; good riddance to that attitude and arrogance and lack of heart. Jazz plays for himself. You get out of Stanton (2 years left at $34M total) by whatever means necessary to liberate money, which would of course mean adding at least one higher end prospect and yes, you make it work with Bellinger. The DH would finally be one that is revolving, which is huge. Finally, I believe that one of, if not both Volpe and Wells will have improved offensive seasons.

  5. I wouldn't mind a RH Bichette that has cut his Ks way down. Look at last 5 yrs, Bichette beats Belli in every category except HRs.. only 6 off pace. Belli much better defender and more versatile, but Bo is younger and not in his prime yet and better offense than Belli.

  6. Aren’t the Yanks trying to get more right-handed? Wouldn’t Bichette be the natural choice then? Bichette could play 2B and Chisholm could easily handle LF, having played CF in Miami. Volpe isn’t finished; he’s a great bounce-back candidate. Caballero and Cabrera figure to get some reps as well. And I can’t see Cashman trading away Dominguez or Jones. The Yanks have all the leverage, not Boras and Bellinger.

  7. Im out… we could sign cody, tucker, bo, trade for peralty and were still getting shit on my Toronto and LA… until boone is out… and this team is gutted and built around speed defense and contact… not rly bothered to care about my yanks rn
