I love the ‘hockey’ aficionados that come here and dump on coaching. The franchise is a hot mess. It’s been a mess for the majority of its existence. This season is a complete shit show and no coach could make this team into a contender.
The GM team is delusional and the owner eats paste. What can ya do?
There are always fans that want to blame a single fixture. Petey, Miller, Tocchet, Benning, the list goes on. It’s always more complicated than that and if there is one person actually to blame it’s the owner. IMO Foote has a terrible roster compounded by injuries and he’s living in a steep learning curve. I doubt he’ll be back next year but I would not be at all surprised if he finds success later in his career.
Once we trade all our vets, fire this guy and bring Manny in.
