  6. I am a big baker supporter. He deserves so much better. He should quietly ask to be traded. He would fit great in the Vikings organization. The poor man deserves some stability at head coach and offensive coordinator. Todd is not the answer.

  14. How to fix them? How about stop firing all the underlings and hold the guy in charge accountable? Bowles D is near last or last in every category. Why is Todd still calling defensive plays? 2nd in NFL in blown 4th Quarter leads. That is on the defense and the head coach, folks.

  16. This garbage will never be fixed as long as the 3 biggest cancers are still around poisoning this garbage team in todd the toilet bowles, faker mayfield, and jason bonehead licht. This garbage team finished 8-9 this season and guess what they're gonna finish worse next season i predict 7-10 or worse because next season schedule is brutal. And as those three clowns are remain in tampa this garbage team will continue to lose and miss the playoffs. Because spoiler alert: the nfc south is now the panthers to lose and i have a strong feeling the panthers are gonna rule the nfc south for a long time to come.

  22. CUT: logan hall, cade, riley. RETIRE: Lavonte SIGN: Mike, Nakobe Dean DRAFT: Sonny Styles or Sadiq or CJ Allen. Bring in Mcdonald and younger coaches for safeties, dline, qb.

  24. Easy, baker doesn't throw picks late in games, we easily win. I'm a Baker fan, but during that 4 game losing span, Baker was directly responsible for 3 of those losses. In spite of the defense playing horrible, and a bowles impotent blitzing, all baker had to do was NOT THROW A PICK!

  25. They need four things ….

    A- CONSISTENCY from Baker Mayfield. A very good OC does help in this obviously along with a couple other things but it starts with him and his decision making.
    B- Push for Maxx Crosbie ! We have very close ties with John Spytech ( sp?). He’s worth a first in a weak draft class this year. You need at least ONE guy who’s gonna bring it every week.
    C- NEED a HEALTHY Calijah Kancey and David Walker! If these two guys can give us at least 13-14 games along with Vita n Crosbie, it would be a very very improved pass rush. I believe Walker should’ve been a top 50 pick. Sr Bowl week he ate those guys up. I don’t doubt his potential at all. Same as big #94.. but we NEED them on Sundays! Simple as that.
    D- SPEED at Linebacker !! Need a young set of legs to cover RB TEs, who also loves to HIT!!!

    Drafting IOL depth would be very wise.
    As well as more instructional coaches on the defensive staff.. Guys who are passionate but can TEACH proper technique and fundamentals…AND whatever they have to do to preach ALL 11 guys to the ball!! Devin White became our next great Buc because he loved to hit. We need someone to bring that kind of fire… Idk about my fellow Krewe … but when he stiff armed and threw Saints on the ground during that playoff game.. it SENT a CLEAR MESSAGE and gave us an identity.. Him n Suh , these type of guys / mindsets are LACKING big time right now, Yaya has a lot of drive & push like that but we need a few more.
    This team isn’t far from being very competitive again, LOTS of weird circumstances lead to this years collapse.. but we have the guys in spots, especially on offense ( that Oline is PARAMOUNT it stays healthy).

  26. Watching Bowles stick to blitzing, and giving up 3rd and 18, 4th and 15, 3rd and 25, is beyond infuriating! I'm literally screaming at the tv, DONT BLITZ! His blitzing cost us back to back Superbowls as well!

  27. Another loosing season is coming with Toilet Bowles as head coach. Upper management is blind as fuk. THEY COULD HAVE JOHN HARBAUGH, WHO IS WAY BETTER WITHOUT A DOUBT,,,IDIOTS..

  28. #1 if baker injures his shoulder he sits until 100%. Bakers throwing motion is especially violent. He has an undersized frame but he’s top 5 in the league in throw power and velocity. An injured shoulder fucks his throw power and accuracy which leads to a lack of confidence. It’s what got him ran out of Cleveland.
    #2 this offense needs an all pro te. Big enough to bully dbs athletic enough to torch lbs. one that the offense can run through especially when everything else goes stagnant
    #3 lbs the defense needs quick intelligent relentless lbs.
    #4 discipline…one of the biggest complaints I have of Bowles is the lack of discipline the team as a whole has displayed throughout his tenure. Too often do undisciplined mistakes stop drives or shift momentum.
    #5 call the game like you have a pair and believe in the team. There’s conservative and then there’s being scared. The team is built to be aggressive. The game should be called to compliment and amplify that.
