6. Jaguars GM James Gladstone has made the team better with the draft, trades and free agency. But I think the biggest reason the Jaguars are doing so well is coach Liam Coen and his staff.

   He might not look like what people think an NFL head coach should look like and I even heard someone joke that he kinda looks like King Julien from Madagascar. 😂 But when he talks football you can tell he really knows his stuff. He explains why he makes choices instead of just giving boring coach answers, He also brings a lot of energy and the players seem to trust him and play hard for him.

   Coen is also really good at calling plays and game planning. He’s always ready with a smart answer and he changes things during games when he needs too. He puts players in spots where they can do there best.

   He is also a quarterback whisperer. He’s helping Trevor Lawrence a lot too. Trevor looks more comfortable and makes quicker better decisions because he understands the offense more now. Since Coen is still young it feels like the Jaguars could be good for a long time, not just for one season. He should be talked about for Coach of the Year
