  1. 5:06 steelers have a top 10 O Line being protected isn't a question. Look what they did with Myles Garrett twice, Aiden Hutchinson, the Ravens and more fireball the stretch. The question is ARTHUR SMITH'S PLAY CALLING

  2. Don't sleep on this little detail. Any team that can successfully establish their run game will have the best chance of advancing. You can't rely and slinging it all over the place especially when the game is tight. Losers go home, end of story.

  3. Jt isnt crazy. I look at the same teams ans see their season flaws. All deserve the positions theyre in, but its truly up in the air for anyone. BUT, i see rodgers leading the way with the in-game wisdom.

  4. This whole steelers making the playoffs speak is beyond hilarious because they are ZERO clue how far back they set their organization by limping into the playoffs . Are they going to win the SUperbowl this year ? VERY VERY VERY unlikely , so now they allow Mike Tomlins ancient tactics to stay another couple years and guess what , still no starting QB to build around for the future

  5. Does Rodgers hear himself when he talks? 😂 In almost literally the same sentence he says he doesn't care what anyone outside the building thinks but then says it feels so good to shut those rumors up 😂 so do you care or not A a ron?

  6. Rodgers has been to one super bowl in his career and there is nothing to suggest he will get there again. He's not a threat and the team around him is not good enough to carry him enough.

  7. I suspect one big reason Aaron has his mojo back is the offensive line and the running game. It’s amazing how much smarter a quarter back looks if he has one more second before the big boys get to him. Or if some DB gets frozen for 1 second by a play fake.

  8. "…to be able to focus on football and not have a lot of other little $#*+ out there has been really nice"
    Translation:
"Wow, things sure are easier when I stop running my mouth and stirring up $#*+ on the McAfee's show every week"

  9. Aaron Rodgers had a much better regular season than I expected. Not so much because I thought his skills were deteriorating, but because at 42 I didn't expect him to stay healthy behind that mediocre offensive line. Clearly he's not as mobile as he once was, but he survived. Having said that, I would be very surprised if that Texans defense doesn't make his life miserable in this game. The Steelers are basically the same team they were last year and have been for several years now: a 9-10 win team with a great but diminishing head coach and marginal overall talent. They do just enough in the regular season to make the playoffs, then get bounced in the first round. I expect that to happen again this weekend and I actually understand now why Steelers fans want to mive on from Tomlin and start fresh. It's a never ending treadmill.

  10. I’ve been saying since we signed Rodgers is our SB year and I got soooo much crap for it…… but man I really do feel like if we can get that first game out the way we could go on a run and it would feel AMAZING if we actually did make the Super Bowl

  11. On paper, the Steelers don't stand a chance. Rodgers has ONE receiver and NOBODY else in the top 90. Their defense is horrible, and then, suddenly, it's good. The run game comes and goes. They are underdogs in their own stadium.

So, we all know how the Steelers CAN LOSE, in fact, we expect it.

How can they win? Well, for one, Rodgers. Is there someone smarter on the field? And I don't mean just football, I mean is there someone smarter than Rodgers on that whole field? And he brings those smarts, with a wealth of experience. He knows what he needs to win.

Can the offensive line protect him? Not 1.5 seconds, but 2 or even 3 seconds? Metcalf is going to be covered, but, he is strong, Rodgers will throw up some 50/50 balls and allow Metcalf to fight for it. And 50/50 is just that, it could go the Steelers way.

And some Tight End named Pat might finally get some playing time, in spite of Arthur Smith not liking him.

And the defense? If they can stop allowing receivers to get wide open, the Steelers have a chance. Plus, their defense actually CAN put pressure on the quarterback, and that can lead to mistakes.

  12. Here’s exactly what to expect. 5 sacks. 3 interceptions including a pick 6. Numerous passes that aren’t even close to the receivers. Rodgers having multiple meltdowns and blaming everyone but himself for his horrible performance.

  13. Steelers haven't lost at home on Monday Night since October of 1991. 23 straight wins. They are 32-5 overall on Monday Night at home. Not an easy house to go into.

  14. Steelers play great on Monday nights. Can't remember a game they lost on MNF with Ben at QB. Aaron is equivalent to Ben. I expect Aaron to have a stellar night and Steelers win. They better put up at least 36 pts to cover for that weak secondary on defense.
