4. We are not getting harbaugh . I honestly think our options are coaches that have failed or another coordinator who never coached before. Because we have big cap problem. We have no QB. We have hill drama. We don't have a true number 1 WR. O line is okay to poor. A defense that is not good. So you going to get someone that wants to be a head coach it's an improvement. Other coaches who is looking to win and make a name for themselves are not looking for a team that's going to take a few years to be good.

28. I personally think they should have kept Mike for a couple more seasons and let this GM go get some players. I have said since he was hired that Grier was a terrible choice and he proved me correct for a decade. Grier has been the problem in Miami, give the coach a chance with a new GM. I believe we are going to regret this decision

30. I don’t want another coordinator who will be a learn 5:30 on the job guy anymore, so that eliminates all on Nic’s list except Harbaugh, who is my preference. This would totally change if LeFleur becomes available. I’d take Le Fleur over Harbaugh. No more coordinators please Mr Ross!

32. I am on the fence I don’t want another first time coach but with the Tua cap issue, so that might be best avenue to go down. Maybe give a guy a 6 year deal. But having a former head coach might work but without a good Qb idk how it will work. But I guess we will wait n see. I love to have Harbaugh but I don’t think he wants that task of trying to rebuild or start with no Qb he probably goes to the Giants
