The Eagles really got two 1st team CBs in the 2024 draft while Lions got TA and Rakestraw who haven’t done much. That’s the difference between the Lions beating the Commanders last year or making the playoffs this year.
I got nothing but love for TA and Rakestraw. Hope they can both be impactful players next year. But man it just sucks the way it worked out between Lions and Eagles DB selections in the 2024 draft.
Imagine if we had this version of Campbell with healthy Hutchinson in the 2024 playoffs.

Jack’s selection was well deserved, he just popped off the screen constantly this year. The Hutchinson half this sub was bitching about all year is still an All Pro. ARSB is going to hate not being 1st team. In his own words “down year” Penei is still the best RT in football lmao

What did penei do stat wise to get another all pro? He got beat often enough to look mid-high tier. Unless every RT is really worse than that.
Philly drafted two all-pro corners in the same year that we drafted Arnold and an imaginary player.
Pain.
I’d like Drake Maye over Stafford. Maye has better stats in most categories and worked with much less than what Stafford had at his disposal.

We really screwed up in not taking Cooper DeJean.
Jack was an absolute dawg this year. 100% deserved.
Not a lions fan but I love watching your guys’ games! I came over here though just to say how bullshit it was to give James Cook 2nd team over Gibbs or even Taylor? Gibbs had 100 all purpose yards less than Cook sure, but are they really saying 4 more total touchdowns and 4 less fumbles doesn’t make up for that? Especially since Gibbs had 23 less touches than Cook throughout the season, meaning his yards are just as efficient but he scored more touchdowns and had less turnovers lmao. That shits diabolical, I don’t get it.
All love from a chargers fan though, you guys have a sick team and I’m sure you’ll bounce back next year!
