I’m still a little scared of his wish-list. I really trust Borgonzi and don’t want to add another power struggle to this organization.

I like Harbaugh, but I do NOT want to give into his demands. Total control over the roster never works out.
I wouldn’t trust Russini with anything Titans related. Her credibility has tanked since Vrabel left.
Giants seem like the logical choice for him. NFC so he doesn’t have to face his brother. Young core of solid players. Owner probably gives him whatever he wants.
This would lend credence to the idea that his “list of demands” wasn’t set in stone or may have been specific to the browns.
We just need to let it all play out and remember that most of the noise around coaching candidates is speculation based on incomplete info.
cams tape is better, but he’ll probably still go to the giants, they have more pieces and a more developing offense than the titans currently
There’s something really psychotic about getting fired a few days ago and then sitting around and watching film without a job as if you’re calling the shots or whether you’re gonna coach the Giants or the Titans and it up to you not them.

If the wish-list that’s been published is accurate, this is a no-go. We got a GM, we’re not shoving Borgonzi aside for a HC/GM combo guy.
As a coach, sure, I’d love Harbaugh. But not with those demands.
I mean, if he’s making his decision based off which qb is better, the answer is clear and cut as far as my bias ass is concerned. Cam is in an entire tier above dart just in terms of the mental game. Thst alone would be enough for me. So it definitely is gonna come down to the other factors for him such as market, ownership, control etc. I don’t think Amy and Mike would want, nor should they, give harbaugh just total power over the org. Coaches are not good gms.
Harbaugh would be a home run hire but he’s not gonna be able to take control of personnel. Let borgonzi build the team and Harbaugh coach em up. That’s why I believe he will go to the Giants
Leveraging the Titans in order to get a better offer from the Giants I’m afraid

Edit: if it does happen, I’ll change my flair to AAS is the best owner, if the mods will make it.
We’ll hire him, peak at a first round exit, and watch McDaniel take Dart to the Super Bowl. I usually don’t doom post but going with a 63 year old CuLtUrE gUy who has arguably underperformed for eight straight years would be incredibly on brand.
Only problem is Darts film is much much better.
