Egor is unlocking his potential
The shooting is real, and that’s enough to make him an NBA quality wing. It’s just weird that the play-making is so much worse than advertised, they sold him to us as a point guard but it’s abundantly clear that he is not that, he has no handles whatsoever and no feel at all for scoring at and around the rim. As raw as those skills are right now, I’m not sure they’ll ever be high-level, but he can still be a good player as a sharpshooting 3 and D wing.
This guys floor is so high. The improvements he has made in half a season is super impressive. Really excited to see what these young guys look over the next few years. So much potential !
