I want Harbaugh over McCarthy. And the more and more I think of it? It's kinda growing on me even over the Matt Nagy pick. With that being said. I'm pushing for John Harbaugh to be our Head Coach.
If he's asking for 20 million a year? No problem. No amount of money, can replace that wisdom TitanUp ⚔️
Also let's not get an orgasm over this, but X's and O's if he is watching Cam Ward? It's because he knows he's in for a project quarterback. He might have a challenge on his hands because Cam is most likely going to be a system quarterback.

The biggest difference between other candidates and Harbaugh is< Other coaches are trying to convince you that you should hire them, and with Harbaugh, Teams are trying to convince him that he should come there. The advantage the Titans have is we have a young QB with similar traits to Lamar, and we have his DC when they had a killer defense. No state income tax doesn't hurt either.
I’m very skeptical because others report he wants full control (GM type) and Ms Amy is not going for that ala Mike Vrabel

Harbaugh just said that he wants his own GM and roster control. We just gave roster control to our GM … we aren't meeting his demands.

Titans aren’t gonna give him 20 million a year and complete roster control. They just gave roster control to Borgonzi. As good of a hire as Harbaugh would be, I don’t think the Titans’ organization is willing to do what it takes to bring him in.
Even if Harbaugh doesn’t come here, it bodes well for us in the overall coach search if he was interested
